Life Lessons From Sandeep Bhaiya

In the whole 'Aspirants' web series, I loved the character of Sandeep Bhaiya(Sandeep Ohlan). The character was played by Sunny Hinduja. It was a magnificent web series by TVF(The Viral Fever) on YouTube. I really idolize Sandeep Bhaiya's character. He was the most mature, sensible and experienced character in the web series.
Here we shall discuss about the 6 most important life lessons, I've learned from Sandeep Bhaiya's character.

Life Lessons From Sandeep Bhaiya

1. Find the Purpose of Your Goal At First: During the conversation with Abhilash on the rooftop, Sandeep Bhaiya asked him why he(Abhilash) want to be an IAS officer. Answering to the question Abhilash said, he want to serve the country. Sandeep Bhaiya smiled slightly and said, "This is a very common answer. Everyone says the same thing to impress mentors." When Abhilash couldn't answer Sandeep Bhaiya said, "Think about it. This is where you need to think. More than interviewer you should be clear as to why you want to become an IAS. The training of IAS does not start from LBSNAA but from the preparation."

__He wanted to suggest that one should be clear on his/her purpose behind his/her goal and one should be prepared from the beginning. A vague purpose can spoil your entire goal.

2. Listen to the Experienced: As Abhilash was always eager to listen to Sandeep Bhaiya, once he ditched the lecture of an IAS. Then Sandeep Bhaiya said, "You should have gone. It is good to listen to their professional experience. It helps during the interview."

__Here he tells us to listen to the experienced people. Their experience saves your time and power and also helps you to be restrained from bad things.

3. Don't Ignore Family Problems for Your Goal: During the conversation of Sandeep Bhaiya and Abhilash, Abhilash asked Sandeep Bhaiya that why he didn't join coaching for extra help. Sandeep Bhaiya said that their financial condition is not good. His family forced him to join the coaching. But he refused it because their family was already suffering from financial instability, there were a lot of debt. He said to Abhilash, "Now I will not be able to join coaching at the cost of their food."

_See, here his statement refers that one should understand their family's condition at first then force them for anything. He knew their financial condition and for that in spite of being forced, he refused to take coaching.

4. Plan B: Sandeep Bhaiya used to think that plan B is for losers and that's why he gave up the Government school job and aspired to become a Civil Servant. But, after a long time he realized what plan B is. He, ALC Sandeep Ohlan, told Abhilash, IAS officer, "The main aim of plan B is to maintain the balance."

_Even though, Arnold Schwarzenegger, reputed bodybuilder, said that there should be no plan B. I also agree with that. But, Sandeep Bhaiya tells us the real aim of plan B. If you somehow fail in your plan A, what will you do then? So, it's better we have a plan B but we do not focus even a point on that. Otherwise it will ruin our plan A.

5. Don't Get Immersed in Your Goal Only: In conversation with Abhilash, Indian Administrative Service officer, Sandeep Bhaiya, Assistant Labor Commissioner, said to him, "It is not worth to sacrifice your parents, love and friendship for your dreams. Not worth it at all." He also said, "...A human is directionless in moving on its axis without the force of love, relationships and friendship."

_Now no one is saying you to give up your dreams but he is allowing us to know that your dreams and your family are equally important. So do not give up anything.

6. Silence is More Powerful than Useless Words: Now, this is not told by him but it was one of his characteristics to keep quiet than saying meaningless words. He was too much mature and sensible. His words were too deep and can touch someone's heart easily. He is indeed an ideal character for us.
